Information you provide
When you submit an inquiry, we collect your name, business email address, project overview, and any optional organization, target-market or support information you provide. Please provide only a general overview. Do not submit patient information, sensitive personal information, passwords, payment information, or confidential technical documents through this form. If detailed information is needed, we will arrange an appropriate exchange method.
How we use inquiry information
We use inquiry information to assess your request, communicate with you, discuss possible services, and maintain necessary business records. Inquiries are routed to [email protected]. An inquiry does not authorize work or establish a consulting engagement. Services begin only after the required written agreement and authorization. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing communications.
Service providers and international processing
We use GoDaddy for website and inquiry services and Google Workspace for business email and collaboration. These providers process information needed to deliver their services. Information may be stored or processed outside Canada, including in the United States and other countries where our providers operate. It may be accessible to courts, law enforcement or other authorities under the laws of those countries. We remain responsible for meeting our applicable privacy obligations when using service providers.
AI-assisted work
We may use business AI services from OpenAI, Anthropic and Google to help organize information, conduct research and prepare draft responses. Our policy requires approval of the specific service configuration and its permitted uses before non-public inquiry information is processed. Our policy requires minimum necessary disclosure, appropriate contractual and technical protections, restrictions on using confidential information to train shared or public models, and human review before an external response or professional recommendation is issued. While configuration approval is being completed, AI assistance is limited to public or sufficiently de-identified information. Contractual restrictions on model training do not mean that providers never process or retain information.
Website technical information
The website platform and services used to deliver the site may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser and device information, request logs, and cookies or similar technologies for website delivery, security and other enabled functions. With your permission, we use GoDaddy analytics to understand website visits and interactions. Analytics events may include the page address, referring page, browser and device information, a visitor identifier, and interactions with links or buttons. Select Accept in the cookie banner to enable this analytics script, or Decline to leave it off. Your choice is stored in your browser for up to 365 days. You can withdraw consent and choose again using Cookie settings in the footer. Withdrawal stops future collection by this script; it does not automatically delete information already sent.
Retention and safeguards
Our retention rule for unsuccessful inquiries is deletion within 12 months after closure or the last substantive interaction, unless particular records need to be retained longer for a documented legal, contractual or dispute-related reason. Information connected with an engagement follows the applicable engagement record requirements. Deletion procedures must cover inquiry records, email and relevant AI working copies. Provider backups and security logs may expire on separate schedules. Our policy requires safeguards appropriate to the information and limits access to authorized people and service providers. No electronic system can guarantee absolute security.
Privacy questions and requests
Contact [email protected] to ask about our handling of your information, request access or correction, request deletion, withdraw consent where applicable, or raise a concern. Depending on the law that applies, you may have additional privacy rights, including a right to complain to a privacy regulator. We may need to verify your identity before responding. Applicable legal obligations or permitted exceptions may limit what we can delete or provide. Withdrawing consent may affect our ability to assess or respond to your inquiry.

Professional services and reliance on deliverables are governed by the applicable signed agreement and statement of work.
Website availability and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, website information is provided without warranties of completeness, currency, uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. To that same extent, ITEKO excludes liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of general website information. Nothing in this notice excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, removes mandatory privacy obligations, or overrides rights and remedies under applicable law. This notice does not amend a signed service agreement.

We will update this notice when relevant practices change. Where applicable law requires additional notice or consent for a change, we will provide it.
